What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept Diners Club, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Credit or Bank Debit Cards displaying these marchant logos.

How can I find my size?

Please refer to our size chart, as a guide to help you select the best possible size for your fit.

How do I care for my Art of Athletics apparel?

Hand or Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low heat. Do not iron. Please avoid high heat as it may cause shrinkage.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes you can, simple check out as a "guest". However, we encourage you to create an account so your next checkout is faster.

Why create an account with Art of Athletics?

When you create an account with us, not only do you make all your current and future checkouts easy, you allow us to keep you informed about new product introductions.

What if I forget my password? 

No problem, simply click "My Account" at the top of our home page, enter your email address and click "forgot your password?" then proceed with the instructions.

Where does Art of Athletics ship to? 

We will ship to the 48 Contiguous United Stated, Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately we do not ship to P. O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How much are shipping charges and how are they calculated? 

We charge a Flat Rate of $5 per every order, no more, so order as much as you would like and the rest of the charges will be on us.

How does Art of Athletics calculate sales taxes? 

We are domicled in the great state of Illinois and so Illinois residents pay a fixed 9.25% in sales tax on all orders, we do not charge taxes on order for the rest of the states.

What shipping methods do you use?

We will either ship your package via First Class, Ground or Priority Mail. We will provide you with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will email you confirmation with a tracking number to track the delivery of your merchandise. Please allow 7 - 10 business days to receive your item(s). 

What is the Return & Exchange policy?

You will always have our guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please return unworn, unaltered and unwashed items with original tags attached within 10 days from the delivery date for inspection prior to a full refund.

Returns:Please include the packing slip with the reason for your return and use a trackable insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost merchandise. Allow 7 - 10 business days upon receipt for processing of your return or exchange. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment and you will be notified via email once the transaction has been processed.

Note: Please remember that your banking institution may take longer to credit your account once they have received payment from Art of Athletics.

Exchanges: Please include packing slip, reason for the exchange and the item(s) you would like to exchange it to. Upon receipt of your items, we will exchange and ship the new specified merchandise back to you at no additional charge.

Please be aware that we cannot refund shipping and handling.

How do I return a gift? 

We require that the original purchaser return items purchased on our website, but we might be willing to exchange an item as long us you can provide us with the purchaser’s name and address. We would like to make things easy for you. If it is a gift, we will be willing to exchange items of equal value or more, please email us at CustomerService@AOAactivewear.com

What happens if an item is out-of-stock? 

We try to keep popular styles and sizes in stock but occasionally orders may be more than anticipated. When that happens, your item will denote “backorder” when you add it to your cart. We encourage you to place orders on backorder items, which usually ships out between 6 to 8 weeks. If you order multiple products, we will ship items in stock and ship backorder items when they become available at no additional charge.

What happens if my item is on backorder?

We will notify you as soon as your order ships. Backorder items ships at no additional charge.
